Sole di Capri in New York City

Authentic Italian meals in a small restaurant. There are only 18 seats, and a small kitchen where you can see the chef (owner) prepare your meals. I was in NYC for a week and had two dinners here veal and mushrooms one night, and scallops the second visit. Meals were very reasonably priced... entree, salad and a glass of wine for $50.00. On a busy night (Saturday), the place was full and I had a 25 minute wait for my meal, but I sat next where the meals were prepared and was entertained. Time flew by, but don't expect a quick in and out.I recommend visiting Sole Di Capri if you are near Duane Street.

I consider myself very picky when it comes to Italian restaurant. This place is one of the best Italian restaurants in Manhattan. They serve amazing authentic Italian dishes.

We discovered this cozy Italian restaurant a month ago and have been 3 times since. They have delicious and homemade appetizer specials, a gluten free pasta option and amazing sauces. Definitely worth a visit.

This place, oh my god...great atmosphere, great wine, great pasta, great bread, great canoli and great espresso...what more?

Cozy little place, delicious food and great service.

Food was delicious. The chef came to talk to us. He was very friendly and very detailed to explain the food. We had a great time. The atmosphere in the restaurant made us feel like in Italy

Stopped in here for a late dinner and was not disappointed. The food was all very very good. Perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The service is very slow so be prepared for that but otherwise it is a good option if you're in the area.

This site is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I want to go to a proper supper, this place comes straight to my head. best and varied food and a large list of dishes.courteous staff members, and pleasant atmosphere. In addition to that, the cost is fair. I recommend this place with no doubt.

We were celebrating a birthday, 10 people +. The chef was so helpful in preparing the menu for us beforehand. The servers treated us like celebrities. I arrived late and missed the salad, they made one just for me! So sweet and kind. Authentic people and amazing, flavorful food! Thank you

One of our new top 5 favorite places in NYC. Top 2 pasta experiences both in NY and in Italy. Every dish had the freshest, quality ingredients. Homemade mozzarella melts in your mouth, unlike anything we’ve ever tasted. Eduardo makes you feel like you are dining in his kitchen at home. Absolutely outstanding! We can’t wait to come back.

The place is small but the food is amazing!!Defiantly will come back again and recommend to friend and family.
